1. What refferal is

refferal is an independently operated community noticeboard at refferal.org where people share personal referral codes and links. The service operator can be contacted at support@refferal.org. refferal is not the provider of any offer listed here — we don't run the referral programs, set their terms, or guarantee any reward. Listings are submitted by other users, not verified by us, and terms can change or expire without notice. Always confirm the current terms with the actual provider before relying on a listing.

2. Accounts

You need an account to submit a listing or get your own shareable link; browsing and using a listed code doesn't require one. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your country) to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

When using refferal, you agree not to:

• Post a referral code or link you're not entitled to share, or that violates the terms of the program it belongs to.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, or misrepresent a reward.
• Use the site to scrape, spam, or attack other users or the service.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or the access rules described in our documentation.

We may remove a listing, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these terms, at our discretion.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. By posting a listing, you give refferal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute it as part of operating the board (for example, showing it in search results or on a category page). You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. No warranty on third-party offers

Listings describe offers made by third parties, not by refferal. We make no representation that any listing is current, accurate, or will actually pay out as described. Using a listed code is between you and the third-party provider — refferal is not a party to that transaction and has no liability for it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

refferal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, refferal and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing, including a reward that doesn't materialize.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or for security reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update; for material changes, we'll make that visible on the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of New Delhi, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
